SO MANY. Currently high on the list are Claymore, Darker Than Black, Mai-HiME/Otome, Arina Tanemura series, Kaze no Stigma, Higurashi, Gurren Lagann, Dennou Coil and a whole slew of other series that I'm totally forgetting because I have a tendancy to be in far too many, :P

This should give you an idea of what my tastes are

I have quite a few obscure fandoms, so I'm always looking for more people to drag into them, :D I pimp out series like it's going out of style.

What You Do In Above Fandoms:
Squee, spazz, write, icon, think too hard, screencap, point out random things no one else cares about, fangirl seiyuu, etc...

Favorite Characters/Pairings In Said Fandoms:
Another list that's way too big, :P

All the kickass ladies tend to become favorite characters and I'm pretty certain that my icons show who they are. As for OTPs, my top two at the moment are Kazuma/Ayano (Kaze no Stigma) and Kamina/Yoko (Gurren Lagann).

I tend to ship quite a few pairings because I'm crazy. Shoujo-ai/yuri possibilities seem to be catching my eye as of late, though I'm really not into yaoi.

One interesting thing that happened to you on 7/7/7:
I nearly fell down when I saw that Best Buy was seriously expecting $35 (before tax) for the Gunbuster 2 dvds. Bandai Visual makes me cry, D:

What lies in your LJ (post-wise):
See all that stuff I posted about in fandom happenings? That's the majority of it. Though I do post the occassional random entry about work, family, pets and what not. I have the attention span of a gnat so whatever manages to hold my interest for more than 5 minutes gets posted about, ;)

One interesting thing that happened to you on 7/7/7: I went hiking on a nature trail! :D My feet were not amused.
What lies in your LJ (post-wise): Uh, random stuff. I talk about my life, I post cracky things, I post photos, I talk about fandoms, you name it. What I don't do in my journal though is whine or moan about my life. I'm a pretty optimistic person, so I usually get over whatever is bothering me pretty quickly, and don't post about it, so that my flist doesn't have to sit through my 'oh woe is me.'

What lies in your LJ (post-wise): Most of my journal contains fangirling or some type of fandom post. I also ramble about doujinshi quite often (be warned, I'm a doujinshi fiend :D) and post scans whenever I'm motivated enough. Some posts are random or memes - basically whatever I feel like writing about at the moment. I also have a tendency to write cryptic posts and disappear from Livejournal for days or weeks at a time. Real life posts are rare-ish. :D

Name/Nickname: Di (or Haku, although I find that there are usually too many Hakus floating around the intarwebz)
Fandoms: Bleach, Supernatural, Ouran, NANA, Battlestar Galactica... I don't know. A lot of things. Bleach and Supernatural are my main fandoms though.
What You Do In Above Fandoms: For Bleach, I RP, but don't squee all that much (am I the only one who feels that the Hueco Mundo arc is too long?). For Supernatural, I squee, and should start writing fic again. The rest... I follow.
Favorite Characters/Pairings In Said Fandoms: Biggest OTP right now is RenRuki. Some other OTPs are listed on my userinfo. Do not really ship anything in Supernatural, because Wincest makes me squick, Jess is dead, Mary is dead, and the boys are too busy to be picking up girls for the long-term now.
